Duties
- Lead and oversee investigative activities related to fraud prevention, criminal activity, and security breaches
- Conduct surveillance operations using advanced techniques to monitor suspect behaviors and gather evidence
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns of misconduct or fraud
- Prepare detailed investigative reports documenting findings, methods used, and recommended actions
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and internal departments to facilitate case resolution
- Develop strategic investigation plans based on initial intelligence and ongoing case developments
- Train and mentor junior investigators in investigative procedures, report writing, and evidence handling
- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout all phases of investigations and ensure compliance with legal standards
Experience
- Proven experience in criminal investigation, law enforcement or related investigative roles with a focus on fraud prevention or security investigations
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, data collection methods, and forensic analysis
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, comprehensive investigative reports and documentation
- Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail in complex case scenarios
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures, legal protocols, and regulatory requirements relevant to investigations
- Experience leading investigative teams or projects with a proactive leadership style
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high ethical standards
