POSTION DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibility is to answer phones, direct calls and schedule appointments. May also enter patient demographic and financial information into a database. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritize calls based on urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a similar role with ability to function effectively under stressful conditions. Excellent public relations and communication skills. Good knowledge of office support functions including filing, composing a variety of documents, reception, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects. Working knowledge or medical terminology and procedures. Experience using data base software preferred. Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English. Fluency in speaking, writing and reading Spanish.
Salary : $18 - $20
