About Bosley
Bosley is the world’s largest and most recognized hair restoration practice. For over 50 years, we’ve helped people regain confidence through advanced surgical and non-surgical solutions. With offices nationwide and a long-established brand, Bosley offers the opportunity to do meaningful work in a category where trust, education, and storytelling matter.
Role Summary
Bosley is looking for a Content & Creative Manager to drive the execution of content and creative work across digital channels.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with broad ownership. In this context, “manager” means responsibility for content and creative execution, timelines, and quality across assigned projects. While this role may oversee freelancers or outside vendors as needed, it is not primarily a freelancer-management position. The right person is capable of producing high-quality work directly and using outside support selectively.
You should be comfortable helping develop ideas, creating content, writing briefs, editing video, developing graphics, managing production, coordinating feedback, and keeping projects moving from kickoff through delivery.
You will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to execute assigned priorities across paid, owned, and web channels, including video, social, testimonials, educational content, landing page assets, and campaign support. This role owns timelines, coordination, vendor management, and follow-through across assigned projects. You will contribute ideas and recommendations throughout development and production while working within direction set by marketing leadership.
The right person is creative, organized, steady under pressure, and strong in execution. This role requires sound judgment, initiative, and a willingness to stay close to the work. We’re looking for someone who can contribute ideas, improve the quality of what gets produced, and follow through consistently from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Turn marketing direction and campaign priorities into clear briefs, production plans, and finished deliverables
- Create, edit, and refine content across formats including video scripts, social content, web copy, educational materials, and campaign assets
- Edit video and create graphics directly when appropriate, producing polished, production-ready assets in-house
- Manage content and creative production from concept through delivery across video, web, social, and related marketing channels
- Contribute ideas that support established brand, campaign, and growth priorities
- Own timelines, project coordination, approvals, and follow-through across assigned content and creative initiatives
- Lead the day-to-day management of freelancers, editors, creators, production partners, and other outside vendors when needed
- Coordinate shoots and content capture, including internal productions, testimonial collection, before-and-after content, and user-generated content
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, medical, legal, and operations to move projects forward and maintain quality standards
- Help organize and maintain a scalable library of approved assets, stories, footage, and supporting content
- Support content execution across paid media, owned media, website content, and other business priorities as assigned
- Ensure work is delivered in alignment with brand standards, stakeholder feedback, and channel best practices
- Use performance insights, audience context, and practical judgment to improve content quality and creative effectiveness over time
What Good Looks Like in This Role
- Priorities are translated into clear briefs, realistic timelines, and finished assets
- Projects move on time with less confusion, less churn, and stronger coordination
- Freelancers and vendors are used thoughtfully and managed well when needed
- Creative output is polished, useful, on-brand, and appropriate for the channel
- Stakeholders trust you to keep work organized, moving, and professionally handled
- Content quality and consistency improve over time
- Ideas are thoughtful and practical, with a clear understanding of business needs and production realities
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in content, creative, editorial, brand, production, or a closely related role
- Strong portfolio showing high-quality work across video, digital, social, web, or campaign content
- Strong hands-on production skills, including video editing and graphic/content asset creation
- Ability to personally execute work across common content needs rather than relying exclusively on freelancers or agencies
- Experience managing projects from concept through production and final delivery
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Experience using common creative tools for editing, design, and production
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, production partners, or other third-party creative resources when needed
- Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail
- Good judgment around tone, messaging, creative quality, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without losing structure or follow-through
- Comfortable giving clear feedback, receiving input, and working through revision cycles professionally
- Comfortable being hands-on in the work, not just directing from a distance
- Strong familiarity with social and digital content environments, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and web content workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative software
- Experience creating assets for paid social, organic social, websites, landing pages, and campaign support
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or another consumer-facing category
- Experience producing testimonial-driven, educational, or trust-building content
- Familiarity with SEO-informed content development and content performance measurement
- Experience supporting both brand-building and performance-oriented marketing creative
