Front Counter / Intake Specialist
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Front Counter / Intake Specialist to join our team full-time.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in providing a welcoming experience, answering questions, processing incoming items, and assisting with day-to-day store operations.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Thursday through Monday
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Intake and organize customer items
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and transaction information
- Assist with general store operations and organization
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Dependable and professional attitude
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
Knowledge or experience in any of the following is a plus:
