Role Overview
As a Presales Engineer, you’ll partner with our Sales team to understand customer needs, deliver customized product demos, design solution architectures, and guide prospects through the technical evaluation process.

What You’ll Do
- Run discovery sessions and understand customer workflows
- Deliver tailored product demos for accountants, contractors, eCommerce sellers, and SMEs
- Create solution designs, proposals, and integration outlines
- Answer technical questions around APIs, security, and data migrations
- Support RFPs, POCs, and technical evaluations
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Hand off qualified opportunities to implementation smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Presales / Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting (preferably SaaS or ERP)
- Excellent presentation and customer engagement skills
- Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, cloud concepts, and security protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate complex ideas simply
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working fully remote
- ERP, accounting, CRM, or HR system familiarity is a plus
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields
