GROUP TOUR DIRECTOR– INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (1099 / Per Diem)
Boscov's Travel is looking for passionate, well-traveled individuals to join our team as Group Tour Directors on a per diem, independent contractor basis.

Responsibilities
- Accompany and escort groups of travelers to tour destinations
- Maintain the tour schedule and keep guests informed throughout the trip
- Engage with passengers in a friendly, professional manner
- Share interesting facts, highlights, and relevant information about each destination
- Answer guest questions and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Represent Boscov's Travel and our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- A love of travel — whether you're a seasoned globetrotter or an enthusiastic explorer, your passion matters
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability and confidence in group settings
- Problem-solving mindset — able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Prior tour director experience is a plus, but not required
- Per diem compensation — paid on a per-assignment basis
- Independent Contractor / 1099 position
