Job Description

• Pick and pack products using pick-to-light module and simple counting skills
• Perform repetitive bending and twisting while adhering to workplace instructions
• Meet safety, quality, and production metrics while following 6S and BPS principles
• Operate PIT equipment and RF Gun as required
  
  

Key Competencies

• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed.
• Attendance & Flexibility: Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $18.66 - $21.83. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
