Job Description

As the DES Dealer Consultant, you are responsible for processing orders for all applicable OE daily program orders, resolving customer concerns, handling all aspects of sales order processing and generating additional sales revenue.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle call volumes for all DES/OE program orders, providing accurate/efficient processing of orders and maintaining favorable customer relations.
• Discuss problems, identify proper equipment, or items required for order processing and to fit the customers’ needs.
• Verbally quoting price and availability, and applicable discounts, prepare written quotations verifying proper equipment, delivery, and price as needed to assist DES ABCs (field sales).
• Work with customers and suppliers to facilitate all returns, order changes, quote needs as it relates to DES orders.
• Create and modify both Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the ERP System.
• Assist customer with any financial concerns in regards to equipment orders placed.
• Provide technical and/or specialty assistance in regard to application and equipment identification.
• Reporting needs for quarterly and monthly reviews with customers (utilizing Business Object reports) as it relates to DES daily orders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to maintain favorable customer relations and interact with dealers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Technical knowledge and/or specialty skills to provide product/equipment information are required.
• Previous customer service experience
• Working knowledge of ERP System (SAP)
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship.
• Not eligible for internal VA/VN international assignment.
