Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for performing routine building and ground maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to HVAC.
- Performing tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure.
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Regularly checking equipment, and fire suppression systems for potential problems.
- Occasionally replace lamps in lighting fixtures and indicators.
- Various daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of facility equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, company standards, and building codes.
- Collaborating with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitoring/reporting need for supplies.
- Perform problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
- Removal of oil and watery oil by means of pumping and mopping.
- Support and contribute to FCM Projects.
- Work with TEF2 maintenance when the need arises to maintain production equipment.
- PM Facilities HVAC systems.
- PM Industrial Process Cooling Systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in technical field is preferred.
- Four years related experience and/or training; with experience in all phases of maintenance (ie: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, etc.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
