Job Description
As the Head of Data Integration Operations North America at Bosch MPS-NA, the candidate will be to lead the technical and strategic execution of data integration initiatives in collaboration with business partners, and within the MPS organization. The scope of responsibilities will include driving technical sales, managing partnerships, overseeing customer and internal projects, leading teams, and optimizing resources to ensure the successful implementation of data integration technologies and services. My role will also include contributing to the definition and execution of the strategic direction of Bosch’s data integration capabilities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales & Business Development:
- Lead technical sales initiatives for data integration technologies and services, acting as the subject matter expert in client engagements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services.
- Drive the adoption of Bosch data integration technologies and services by identifying opportunities and demonstrating business value to customers; including Logistics Data and Data Streaming Platforms.
Partnership Management:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships related to data integration technologies and services.
- Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors.
- Ensure partners are effectively leveraged to maximize customer and business outcomes.
Project Management:
- Oversee customer projects involving data integration technologies, ensuring successful implementation, adherence to timelines, and quality delivery.
- Lead internal projects focused on improving Bosch’s data integration capabilities, tools, and processes.
- Ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for data integration technologies and services.
- Optimize allocation of resources, ensuring the right skill sets are applied to the right initiatives.
- Establish clear performance expectations and monitor team performance to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Contribution & Execution:
- Contribute to defining the strategic vision for Bosch’s data integration technologies and services.
- Drive the execution of the data integration strategy across customer and internal projects.
- Align technical initiatives with business objectives, ensuring strategic goals are achieved.
Operations & Performance Management:
- Oversee operational aspects of data integration technologies and services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the performance and impact of initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, Computer Science or similar degree
- At least 5 years, of experience in Data Integration
- At least 3 years' of experience in consultative selling and upselling
- At least 3 years' experience in logistics horizontal platform deployment
