What You'll Do
- Own the customer relationship from first contact through delivery — you run your board, not the other way around
- Listen to concerns, then educate: explain findings clearly so customers understand what's wrong, why it matters, and what happens if it waits
- Present inspections, estimates, maintenance, brakes, alignments, and repair recommendations with confidence, urgency, and honesty
- Sell needed work by building trust and understanding — never by pressure or gimmicks
- Overcome objections with information, not friction
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and managers to keep the shop moving
- Follow up relentlessly, drive approvals, and hit your sales targets without being chased
- Deliver a premium experience that turns first-time customers into lifers
What We're Looking For
- Documented sales experience — you can show us real numbers: average RO, closing rate, sales per month, upsell performance, or comparable proof. We want the receipts, not the story.
- A genuine belief in automotive repair — you think doing the job right is the point, and integrity is non-negotiable
- A competitive spirit — you want to be #1 on the board and you measure yourself against it
- The ability to work independently — self-motivated, organized, and able to run multiple ROs, estimates, calls, and follow-ups without hand-holding
- Strong communication and the instinct to teach customers into a "yes"
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-expectation service environment
- Coachable and hungry to learn a higher-level operating model
- Valid driver's license

- Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a provable track record
- Discount Tire (or similar) Assistant Manager, Service Coordinator, Sales Apprentice, or Crew Chief ready for a bigger career path
- Tire and wheel sales or service management
- High-volume customer service or automotive retail leadership
- Any fast-paced consultative sales role where urgency, trust, and follow-up decided who won
