BOS Staffing is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Law Firm Partner on behalf of our client, a prestigious firm in the Cumming, GA area renowned for its comprehensive legal services spanning Corporate Law, Labor & Employment, Litigation, Family Law, and more. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned attorney with proven senior associate or partnership experience and a well-established book of business to join a respected team recognized for legal excellence and client service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, business development acumen, and deep expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas, playing a key role in driving the firm’s continued growth and reputation.

If You Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with a State Bar License
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment, Transactional, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a Book of Business.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

You Will Be:

• Developing and managing a robust Book of Business, leveraging existing client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Providing expert legal advice and representation in corporate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment matters.
• Leading and managing complex legal cases, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Collaborating with other partners and attorneys to strategize and execute comprehensive legal solutions for our clients.
• Mentoring and guiding junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Staying current with legal trends, regulations, and best practices within the relevant areas of law.
• Participating in firm management and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.
