Headquartered in Florida, B.O.S. Lock is the creator of the world’s first biometric slide lock with an integrated light and laser. After a sold-out debut at SHOT Show 2026, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a high-energy intern to help us take the Fusion nationwide.
The Role: National Growth & Local Presence
This isn't a "coffee runner" internship. You will be a core part of our business development team, responsible for expanding the B.O.S. Lock dealer network. You will manage a national pipeline of FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) retailers via digital outreach while personally visiting and assisting with the local Florida market.
Key Responsibilities
- National Digital Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to FFL dealers across the U.S. to introduce the Fusion product line.
- Local Market Activation: Conduct in-person "product drops" and live demonstrations at gun stores and ranges throughout the local Florida region.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads from initial contact to "Closed-Won" status, ensuring potential dealers have the pricing and technical data they need.
- Dealer Support: Act as the first point of contact for new dealers, helping them understand the "authorized-user-only" value proposition for their customers.
- Live Demos: Master the technical specs of the Fusion to provide seamless demonstrations of the biometric speed and auto-chambering features.
Qualifications
- The Sales Mentality: You enjoy the challenge of a cold call and the satisfaction of closing a deal.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, professional email etiquette, and explaining biometric hardware.
- Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and command a room during an in-person demo.
- Industry Interest: A professional interest in the 2A industry and firearm safety technology is highly preferred.
- Reliable Transport: Necessary for local dealer visits and on-site demonstrations.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $16.00/hour
- Commission Structure: We offer a tiered performance bonus system. Rather than simple per-sale micro-commissions, bonuses are unlocked as you hit specific volume and dealer-acquisition goals. Full details of the commission roadmap will be discussed during the interview phase.
