Position Overview
This Fall, B.O.S. Lock is looking for a paid E-commerce & Marketing Intern to support the growth of our brand across Shopify, email marketing, product storytelling, and digital campaigns.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization, someone who can help turn ideas into polished marketing campaigns, compelling copy, and customer-facing experiences that support growth.
You will work closely with leadership and collaborate alongside our external social media team to help support product launches, ecommerce growth, customer communication, and brand development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Shopify product page updates and website content
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation
- Write and edit product descriptions, promotional copy, and marketing content
- Help organize and execute marketing campaigns and launches
- Assist with blog formatting and basic SEO implementation
- Support ecommerce promotions, landing pages, and waitlist campaigns
- Help maintain organized marketing assets and campaign files
- Research competitor marketing, industry trends, and customer messaging
- Assist with retailer-facing materials and product education content
- Collaborate with the social media team to support larger campaigns
Qualifications
- Interest in marketing, ecommerce, communications, or copywriting
- Strong written communication and creative writing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new platforms and marketing tools
- Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing platforms, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of branding and customer communication preferred
- Interest in the firearms, outdoor, or consumer products industry is helpful but not required
