Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and engage campers in daily activities, games, crafts, sports, and field trips
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive camp atmosphere for all participants
- Assist with program planning, setup, and cleanup of activities and spaces
- Enforce camp rules, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Support campers with supervision, conflict resolution, and self-regulation
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents/guardians, and fellow staff
- Maintain camper attendance records and report incidents or needs to supervisors
- Other camp related duties if necessary
- Must be at least 14 years old; 18 preferred for lead roles
- Previous experience with children in a camp, school, or extracurricular setting is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teamwork
- Basic First Aid
- Must pass background check and clearances as required
- Summer camp operates on weekdays during the summer break from June 22, 2026 to July 31, 2026, Monday - Friday from 8:45am to 3:15pm
- Hours subject to change due to trips
