Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and managing tips.
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on new menu items and promotions, providing recommendations to guests.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and cleaned.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or food service environment is highly desirable.
- Proven bartending skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience with Aloha POS is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
