BORN TO RACE is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented associate to assist with returns, inventory, order preparation, and general e-commerce warehouse operations at our Islandia, NY warehouse.
Work Schedule
- Part-time position
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Initially 1–2 days per week
- Weekday availability preferred
- Additional days and hours may become available based on performance and business needs
- We are looking for someone who can maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Reliable attendance and communication are extremely important for this position
Responsibilities
- Open and inspect customer returns
- Check returned apparel for condition, damage, missing pieces, and signs of use
- Fold, repackage, and prepare eligible merchandise for resale
- Sort and restock jackets, pants, gloves, and other motorcycle apparel
- Help maintain accurate and organized inventory
- Apply size and product labels when needed
- Assist with picking and packing customer orders
- Help prepare orders for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers
- Keep the warehouse, returns area, and inventory locations organized
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working independently
- Able to learn our products, sizes, SKUs, and warehouse organization
- Previous apparel, e-commerce, returns, inventory, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Comfortable with normal warehouse work, including standing, organizing merchandise, and handling boxes
Pay
$17.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

We're looking for someone who wants a consistent part-time position and has the potential to become a long-term member of our team. As the business grows, there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities.
