Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling, high-performance product lines across men’s performance and
- Research and ideate product solutions that combine utility, innovation, and modern
- Own seasonal design concepts, from sketches to final tech packs.
- Drive functional innovation in seams, pockets, ventilation, and other technical features.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development and Merchandising to execute collections
- Lead sample fittings and refine designs to ensure performance-level functionality and
- Stay ahead of industry trends in performance, streetwear, and functional apparel.
- 6 years of experience in men's apparel design, ideally in performance, training, or
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, PLM software, and apparel construction techniques.
- Expert understanding of men’s fit, function, and performance product needs.
- Strong attention to detail in trims, fabrication, and ergonomic design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development cycle.
- Creative thinker who balances innovation with commercial viability.
- Experience designing men’s outdoor or tactical apparel.
- Familiarity with modular apparel systems, convertible garments, or gear integration.
