You will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment, as well as training apprentices on the job. If you are a Journeyman Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities: Follow all safety rules and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentUse blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials neededInstall new electrical systems and repair existing systemsProvide bids for work ordersInteract with customers, suppliers, and other professionalsQualifications: Journeyman Electrician LicensePrevious experience as an Electrician is preferred Valid Driver’s License Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objectsStrong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurementsProfessional appearance and courteous personalityshall be capable of the performance and assistance of basicplumbing tasks and basic carpentry tasks.advanced knowledge, training, and/or experience, including the provenability to perform routine electrician tasks. Installs, maintains, or repair of equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. Work involves most of the following: installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment such as switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, conduit systems, lighting systems, or equipment; working from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications, locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment, working standard requirements of wiring or electrical equipment, and using a variety of electrician's hand tools and measuring and testing instruments.Must have electrician tools and equipment.
