- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions, communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, and support nursing staff with various duties.
- Requirements include a current CNA certification from NC, active CPR certification preferred, strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, compassion, and a customer service mindset. Willingness to make a difference is essential.
