Job Purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Mechanical Design Engineer Summer Intern (Electrification). The Engineer (Electrification) will support the mechanical design of Hybrid/Electric Inverter and Converter Systems for various global automotive customers.

- Collaborate on the design of mechanical components while learning the BorgWarner Bill of Design and customer specifications

What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or be a graduate from an accredited college
- GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or B average, upon initial hire date
- Interest in electronics, automotive, or electric vehicles
- Experience in clubs, classes, or hobbies that emphasize
- Understanding why things break or fail
- Creative problem solving
- Physical, hands-on engineering
- Electronics, automotive, electric vehicles, manufacturing, testing, design, or anything similar
