What are the responsibilities and job description for the Underground Cable Foreman position at Boremaster LLC?
Seeking an experienced and dependable foreman/supervisor to join and lead an existing directional drilling crew. Must have experience installing underground utilities. The following are also expected:
- Mini-excavator experience digging around utilities.
- Experience operating bore machine (Ditch Witch).
- Experience locating.
- Mechanical experience.
- Other underground construction experience.
This is a leadership position. Familiarity with underground construction burying coax or fiber optic cable, experience managing a crew, and delegating tasks are a must. Do not apply unless you have strong leadership and task management capabilities with experience.
A valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation are a must. Do not apply if you don't meet these requirements.
Pay: From $25.00/hour to increase depending on field experience. Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Paid holidays, paid time off after 1 year, 401(k) with employer contribution after 1 year. We are looking for long-term, lasting staff.
