Duties
- Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly
- Making customer sandwiches to order
- Assist in the prep kitchen and day bake area
- Maintain well-stocked shelves through merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to ensure product availability
- Handle cashing out procedures, including cash handling, retail math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette or in person, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
