What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners and turn interest into action
- Build quick rapport, understand needs, and create excitement around their project
- Set high-quality appointments for our Design Consultants
- Manage conversations across phone, text, email, and CRM
- Collaborate with a team that thrives on energy, accountability, and results
- You're a natural communicator - people trust you quickly
- You know how to guide a conversation without sounding scripted
- You're competitive, self-motivated, and driven to hit goals
- You're quick-witted and can think on your feet while building trust fast
- You stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- You're independent, but team-oriented
- You're comfortable with change and adapt quickly
- You take pride in doing things the right way - and documenting them clearly
- Bonus if you've done inside sales or high-volume customer interaction.

- $18/hour base performance bonuses & commission (Top performers make $55K per year)
