Bookkeeper – Property Management & HOA
We’re looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage financials for our rental and HOA portfolio using AppFolio. This role handles day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and monthly reporting while keeping everything accurate, organized, and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Process payables/receivables and owner disbursements
- Post rent, HOA dues, and vendor invoices in AppFolio
- Complete monthly bank and trust account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports for owners and HOA boards
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years bookkeeping experience (property management/HOA a plus)
- AppFolio experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Solid Excel and accounting fundamentals
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
