Starting Rate: $15.83 an hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Train Team Member on all standards, policies and procedures related to the department.
2. Monitor inventory levels and order appropriately and according to budget.
3. Follow all Human Resources policies and procedures and complete necessary paperwork.
4. Know and enforce all sanitation and safety guidelines as set by department.
5. Ensure Team Members provide superior guest service. Manage and control all areas related to the front of house restaurant service.
6. Professional attitude and appearance.
7. To deliver orders in a timely, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
8. To work cash drawer and be held responsible for cash shortages
9. To keep Sky Grill clean and organized at all times.
10. To lead and work side by side with all Sky Grill Team members.
11. Report to work on time, on scheduled days in proper uniform.
12. Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE: Must have excellent customer service skills and a minimum of six months experience in a similar capacity.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Obtain/maintain Food Handlers license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
