ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Ability to sell, mix, and serve alcoholic beverages and food to customers from behind a bar.
• Must be well organized
• Maintaining guest satisfaction within the bar department
• Able to lead staff to achieve high level of efficiency
• Receive money and/or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and POS system.
• Be a role model for all bartenders to present in a positive manner
• Must adhere to bar policies and procedures and to state liquor laws
• Ability to effectively deal with internal /external customers
• Collect accurate information and solve customer concerns within the Casino guidelines
• Knowledge and experience with developing and maintaining work schedules for multiple positions and employees
• Ability to fairly/consistently apply departmental and casino policies/procedures
• This is a “working lead” position, applicant must be able to step in and assist in all areas of the department
• Develop and maintain good communication with all departments to ensure good customer service
• May be responsible for and training new hires
• Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE: Three months related lead experience and/or training. Previous Cash Handling
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Observant, able to accept criticism, visual acuity to observe and react to
handle customer questions and complaints relating to the beverage department. Change kegs, restock liquor and
glassware. Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and
complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to
hold and manipulate product or machinery. Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes. Be able to lift up
to 50lbs and push or pull a flatbed cart weighing up to 300lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second-hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem-solving ability. Must be able to work independently
