Job Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver mail, packages, and other items to assigned customers and locations.
- Pick up outgoing mail and packages as assigned.
- Follow established delivery routes, schedules, and procedures.
- Sort and organize mail and packages before delivery.
- Maintain performance record
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Safely operate a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle, as applicable.
- Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Report delivery issues, damaged items, or other concerns to management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle and equipment used for work.
- Work outdoors and perform deliveries in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, extreme heat, cold, and other challenging weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation, if required for the position.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move mail and packages as required.
- Previous postal or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $2,860.00 - $3,380.00 per month
