Northern Ag a division of Border Bank is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Crop Insurance Agent/Commodity Broker to join our team in Roseau, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Obtain a Minnesota insurance license by successfully passing the MN agent licensing exam and the Series 3 exam to become a licensed AP (broker) within the first 12 months of employment (all licensing fees paid by Northern Ag).
- Building and managing a personal crop insurance client portfolio.
- Supporting and servicing existing crop insurance customers.
- Developing and expanding a commodity marketing client base.
- Assisting current marketing clients with their risk management and marketing needs.
- Preparing and distributing weekly analytical market assessments for clients.
- Supporting local advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
