- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role and manage day-to-day responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in the tire or automotive industry is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in related fields is a plus
