NOW HIRING – CREW LEADER (Rockwall/Heath)
Border Magic RKH is looking for a motivated Crew Leader/Foreman with concrete or construction experience.
Training provided - prior experience with landscape work or concrete products is preferred but not required
This position is open because the current owner doesn't have the time to manage day-to-day operations due to other business obligations.
This is not just a crew leader job — the right person will have the opportunity for profit sharing and potential ownership as the company grows.
What we're looking for:
– Strong work ethic
– Experience in concrete, construction, or landscaping
– Reliable and able to lead a small crew
– Valid driver's license and experience driving 3/4 Ton truck and trailer.
