Looking for a friendly and welcoming personality to add to our host team at Jose Tejas in Fairfield. As a host, you are the first and last impression the guest receives. Therefore you are a major contributor to our success. The relationship that you establish with the guest while they are waiting and while you escort them to their table often sets the tone for the rest of their dining experience.
Essential Functions Include But Are Not Limited To
Great smile!
Regular attendance and proper attire
Basic understanding and speaking of English
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Able to calculate a wait
Proper phone procedures
Politely greet and seat guests
Communicating effectively with all members of the team.
Cleaning dirty menus.
Paging and seating guests.
Handing out to go food.
Monitoring restroom products and trash levels
Must be 18 years old and have availability to work on Sundays and holidays.
Starting Hourly Salary Range: $18-20
