JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input and provide purchase order information to vendors and fleet mechanics.
- Maintain data in the fleet software consistent with policies and procedures.
- Provide information to corporate fleet personnel when necessary.
- Track transferred units, mileage, fuel, parts, etc.
- Maintain transportation billing for Borden internal transportation.
- Maintain database for refrigeration equipment
- Provide information and paperwork for the shipping and receiving of refrigeration equipment
- Order and maintain all fuel inventories
- Schedule Heavy Highway Vehicles and Maintenance, responsible for all tags and registrations
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required; or two years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong multi‑tasking abilities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Bilingual skills are beneficial.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals) and accurately recording data.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching to retrieve files, documents, or inventory records
- Ability to lift or move items up to 20–25 pounds, such as files, small parts, or equipment paperwork
- Regular movement within fleet, warehouse, or yard areas to gather information, check equipment records, or coordinate with mechanics and drivers
- Ability to work around fleet equipment, which may involve exposure to noise, temperature changes, or warehouse environments
