We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused full-time barista to prepare coffee and other beverages, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The role requires efficiency during busy hours, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other menu items according to company standards
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash or card payments
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, dining areas, and service stations
- Restock cups, ingredients, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Open or close the store as assigned
- Help manage customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Work closely with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous café, food service, or customer service experience is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate supplies
- 21 years of age and above
