Join the team at Bora Mediterranean in Reno! We are hiring two Cashiers and three Food Runners.
Pay: $12 an hour plus a share of the team tip pool. Cashiers get 1.2 points per hour and food runners 1.0. How tips are shared: https://boramediterranean.com/tip-policy
Schedule: mostly four 10-hour shifts a week (40 hours), including weekends; one weekend part-time runner spot. We are open Sunday to Thursday 8am to 9pm, and Friday and Saturday 8am to 2am. We open Friday, October 16, 2026.
We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with guests and helping them have a great experience.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests and help them navigate the menu.
- Take orders accurately and process payments (cashier).
- Run food from the kitchen to guests quickly and correctly (food runner).
- Coordinate with the kitchen to keep orders moving.
- Keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.

- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first approach.
- Ability to stay organized during busy shifts.
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
