Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Knowify or similar tools; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
• Review blueprints, schematics, system design documents, and contracts to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and project specifications.
• Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and managing subcontractor bids using HeavyBid or comparable software.
• Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and reporting.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to construction management best practices.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate project documentation including schedules, reports, and records of all construction activities.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes safety awareness, quality workmanship, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical engineering with extensive construction site experience in electrical systems installation.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles, schematics reading, and electrical blueprint interpretation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6; experience with ProCore, Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contracts management.
• Expertise in NEC standards and electrical codes applicable to large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, construction management, and project coordination within the electrical sector.
• Hands-on experience with construction site supervision including safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Pay: $72,090.32 - $86,818.45 per year
