Special Security Representative

Key Role:

Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of firm and government sensitive and classified information. Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in SCI or compartmented program support
• 2 years of experience with SAP and STO programs
• Experience working with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and similar Federal security directives
• Knowledge of government personnel data bases such as JPAS, Scattered Castles, SIMS, E-Qip, ACCS, and DISS
• Knowledge of security principles associated with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
• Ability to multitask efforts without sacrificing quality work products.
• Ability to provide security support to multiple programs.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in special security operations, or 7 years of experience in special security operations in lieu of a degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
