With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a collection manager, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop collection plans and strategies to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.

As a collection manager on our team, you will use your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you will collaborate across the IC to understand gaps and needs. You’ll validate information and develop collection plans for customer needs. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into new missions and organizations. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have:

• Knowledge of collection management evaluation through MOEs and MOPs to identify gaps and trends
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Commands
• Ability to work under pressure and provide quick turn deliverables
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in collection management, including execution of multi-INT collection plans and strategies, or 7 years of experience in collection management, including execution of multi-INT collection plans and strategies in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with USCYBERCOM
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or cyber-focused intelligence analysis
• Master's degree
• Graduate of a collection management course
• CompTIA Security Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
