**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15 years of experience in certification and credentialing, instructional design, educational assessment, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in professional competencies, training development, or human capital development
- 3 years of experience analyzing and resolving plans, policy, and business issues
- Active TS/SCI clearance
