We are seeking a Certification Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of certification programs, working with SMEs to advance career field development and strategic human capital initiatives, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and overseers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15 years of experience in certification and credentialing, instructional design, educational assessment, or related fields
- 5 years of experience in professional competencies, training development, or human capital development
- 3 years of experience analyzing and resolving plans, policy, and business issues
- Active TS/SCI clearance
