AI Solutions Architect, Lead

Key Role:

Lead the design and implementation of proprietary engineering services and intellectual property with commercial technologies. Define AI solution blueprints, engineering processes, and solutions that accelerate the co-development and delivery of enhanced technologies. Serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams, commercial tech partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure solutions maximize both technical and business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within USSOCOM to solve operational problems in an agile manner

• 5 years of experience working with USSOCOM and its components and leading technical discussions with key stakeholders concerning client pain points and concerns

• Experience forming and leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals

• Knowledge of Army and USSOCOM missions

• Ability to translate mission expertise both externally to clients and internally to technical staff

• Ability to continuously research emerging technology and propose changes and new integrations into DoD mission sets

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in international or joint military operations

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in defense operations

• Knowledge of the venture capital ecosystem

• Ability to present complex technical concepts to multiple audiences

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
