The Opportunity:

As a Program and Project Manager, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations expertise to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We’re looking for a seasoned cyber mission specialist like you to apply your experience with program and project management.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of professionals as they use cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cybersecurity solutions. You will leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership.

This is an opportunity to use your program and project management expertise to adequately support operators and senior leadership and commanders. Your role will be vital in the development of operations plans to support command and control.

You Have:

• 10 years of experience managing IT programs

• 5 years of experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in leadership roles

• Experience overseeing contracts, including coordination with stakeholders

• Experience with government contracting environments, such as the DoD

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and the implementation of industry best practices

• Knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud migration, and Agile practices

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• Ability to obtain a Security , CySA , or CISSP Certification within 90 days of hire date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in enterprise-level planning, logistics, and operations across large portfolios, including procurement, staffing, and resource allocation

• Experience managing performance-based programs and working with dispersed technical teams

• Experience with Cloud and DevSecOps

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent time management and analytical skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
