Boots Y'all by HorseSaddleShop is a new boot store coming soon to the Erskine Village in South Bend. We're looking for the right person to join our team that will manage the daily operations and sales of the store.
Core Responsibilities
Excellent and friendly customer service that leads to sales
Help hire, train, manage and lead sales associates
Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing product/supplies
Assist with sales and marketing decisions
Handle customer issues and complaints
Ship online orders and receive inventory into stock
Maintain a clean, organized operation
Store Hours Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm, Closed Sunday
*Retail Manager expectation is 50 hours/week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
