What You’ll Do- Prepare and maintain all job documentation for customer installations
- Process permits and schedule inspections with accuracy and timeliness
- Review and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed
- Enter and update customer information in the system
- Post install payments and invoices, and confirm all equipment details are correctly recorded
- Process rebate applications and register equipment warranties
- Scan, upload, and organize all documentation for easy access
- Communicate and coordinate between the Install, Sales, and Finance teams
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email to customers and distributors
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team- High School Diploma or GED
- Administrative experience — HVAC or home service industry experience is a big plus!
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred
- A proactive, “think ahead” mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems
