BCI Equipment Specialists has been a leading distributor of Collision Repair Equipment in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia since 1989. We are seeking a full-time Paint Booth Installer to join our installation team.
This is a labor-intensive, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, traveling to job sites, and being part of a skilled installation crew. This role offers long-term growth potential, including the opportunity to lead and eventually run an installation crew.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with our installation team to install and service paint booths and related collision repair equipment
- Use hand and power tools to assemble, install, and secure equipment
- Assist with unloading, staging, and positioning equipment on job sites
- Follow installation plans, safety procedures, and job schedules
- Travel to customer locations throughout PA, OH, and WV
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Support team members and supervisors as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Construction, mechanical, or installation experience preferred
- Steel-toed boots
- Basic personal tools preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn
- Room for advancement
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and be on the road during the workweek
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
- 90-day performance review with opportunity for wage increase
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (four-day workweek)
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
