Full-time position - September 1st Start Date

Compensation: Starting wage is $21/hour. After a successful 90-day probationary period, employees who meet performance expectations will be eligible for an increase to $22-23/hour. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Built from the Powder House Ski Shop, Utah's original ski shop established in 1953, Boot Solutions combines traditional bootfitting knowledge with modern technology to make world-class boot fitting accessible from anywhere. We're looking for an experienced bootfitter who enjoys solving complex fit challenges, working with digital technology, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Analyze 3D foot and lower body scans to evaluate anatomy, alignment, and fit needs.
• Place anatomical landmarks to guide boot selection and custom modifications.
• Review and validate algorithm-generated boot recommendations using your own bootfitting expertise.
• Determine appropriate shell modifications and fit solutions based on each customer's anatomy and skiing goals.
• Create professional, customer-friendly Custom Fit Reports that clearly explain findings and recommendations.
• Maintain organized digital records, scan files, and production assets throughout the customer workflow.
• Collaborate with production and customer support teams to ensure a seamless custom bootfitting experience.
• Help refine systems, improve processes, and contribute to the continued evolution of the Boot Solutions platform.

• Communicates technical information clearly and professionally.
• Is organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of ski bootfitting experience.
• Master Bootfitter certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of foot anatomy, biomechanics, and lower-body alignment.
• Experience interpreting visual data and making fit recommendations.
• Advanced or expert-level skier.
• Comfortable using digital software platforms, file management systems, and cloud-based tools.
