Position Overview
As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You’ll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to develop leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support management with daily store operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
- Maintain knowledge of store products, policies, and operational procedures
- Help train and support new team members
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Promote teamwork and a positive store culture

Requirements:Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team success
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable wearing western boots while working
- Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology
