Who We Are What We Do:

Booster is a vibrant, mission-driven organization grounded in the belief that positivity and purpose are essential to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. We are committed to fostering a culture where our team members feel empowered to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on the world. Guided by our six virtues: Gratitude, Wisdom, Care, Courage, Grit, and Celebration, we believe in cultivating leaders who change the world. We are a fun and exciting place to work, where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference

At Booster, we empower schools across the nation through innovative and engaging fundraising services. We serve elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide, offering a range of services from Fun Runs to a comprehensive school fundraising platform, from custom gear to product sales. We've proudly helped over 7,500 schools profit more than $600 million in much-needed funds. Our mission is to raise $1 billion for schools by 2027, and we're excited about every step we take toward this goal.

Are You Booster's Next Technical Product Manager?

We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Technical Product Manager to help shape and scale MyBooster, the platform that powers thousands of school fundraising events each year. If you thrive in cross-functional collaboration, love seeing your work directly impact schools, parents, and kids, and enjoy working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment, this role is for you.

How You'll Impact Booster's Mission:

As Technical Product Manager, you'll lead projects end-to-end, from uncovering opportunities to launching products. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Reviewing feedback from schools, parents, and internal teams to spot trends and define opportunities.
  • Partnering with design in Figma or on a whiteboard to simplify user flows for parents, teachers, and PTO/PTA leaders.
  • Writing user stories and collaborating with engineering on trade-offs, requirements, and delivery.
  • Using analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, experiments) to measure impact and adjust quickly.
  • Prototyping new ideas to validate before pulling in engineering.
  • Planning and executing go-to-market rollouts with cross-functional teams
  • Jumping in where needed: QA flows, troubleshoot with support, or prepare release notes and product update videos.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 2–6 years of product management or related experience, ideally with a technical degree
  • Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and platform trade-offs with engineers
  • Strong ability to analyze data, calculate business impact, and make ROI-driven decisions
  • Excellent prioritization skills with a bias toward iterative shipping and fast learning
  • Adaptable in ambiguous environments, and able to persevere through challenges and learn from them
  • Willingness to prototype, QA, and test hypotheses independently
  • Strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders with clarity

Why You'll Love Working at Booster:

  • A mission-driven team where your work directly impacts schools, parents, and kids
  • A high-ownership, high-trust culture with opportunities to grow into senior PM responsibilities
  • The chance to build products that power joyful, impactful fundraising events for millions of students

Our Work Environment Includes:

  • ModernOfficeSetting: A brand new location fully remodeled with a coffee shop, collaborative working spaces, and outdoor recreational areas
  • Fun & Engaging Culture: Annual events, leadership resources, weekly free lunches, and more
  • Technology: A MacBook for your time at Booster, a training stipend, & a monthly phone allowance
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus 401k matching
  • Paid Time Off: PTO, 15 observed holidays & business closed days, and paid parental leave
