Claims Support Specialist
Location: Grand Blanc, MI (In-office, full-time)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (no nights, no weekends!)
Starting Pay: From $19/hour

What You’ll Do
- Post and reconcile insurance payments with speed and accuracy
- Contact insurance companies (by phone or email) to gather missing payment information
- Use multiple platforms (Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) to manage claims
- Solve problems, spot errors, and fight on behalf of our clients when things don’t add up
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets that keep our team running strong

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Prior medical billing experience NOT required
- Background in banking, finance, or similar detail-oriented fields highly preferred
- Ability to work in-office in Grand Blanc, MI
- Professional references will be requested
