Wireless Sales Associate – Boost Mobile (Bogalusa, LA)

Job Summary
Boost Mobile is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will assist customers with wireless products and services while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals. Prior wireless experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training for motivated individuals.  

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Sell Boost Mobile phones, accessories, and wireless service plans.
• Assist customers with activations, upgrades, bill payments, transfers, and troubleshooting.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Recommend accessories and protection plans to maximize customer value.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Participate in local marketing and community events.
• Work as part of a team to provide the best customer experience.  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
