Responsibilities

· Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed

· Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers

· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience

· Assist in maintaining store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness

· Support supervisory staff in overseeing daily operations and training new team members as needed

· Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting

Qualifications

· The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong sales background

· Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

· Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated

· Basic understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions and inventory

· A willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
